ESE- February Transition Fair
The Citrus County School’s Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Department is hosting a Transition Fair, February 28th, to support students with disabilities and their families.
This free event is a collaborative effort with local agencies, colleges, and parents, and is designed to provide valuable information and resources to support a seamless transition into the next phase of life—whether that includes further education, employment, or independent living.
During the event, families and students will have the opportunity to attend a parent panel Q & A, where three parents will share their experiences navigating the school system and community agencies. This will be followed by a presentation on Social Security and Employment: Work Incentives Planning and Assistance.
Participants are invited to enjoy a complimentary light breakfast. For lunch, the Boys & Girls Club Blue Door Pizza food truck will offer an $8 meal deal (pizza, garlic knot, and drink).
We look forward to seeing you there!
